Refund Policy

Refund Policy


At Peachymart, we aim to provide utmost customer satisfaction, so please be assured that we take extra care to ensure that all our customers receive their items on time and order reaches your address promptly. Please understand that while we take every effort to minimize delays, sometimes factors beyond our control (i.e., peak seasons, delivery strikes, weather conditions, etc. ) may affect delivery times.

All our customers are protected by our buyer protection and refund policy when you make a purchase through us. If you do not receive your item by the stipulated timeframe in our Refund Policy, we will make a full refund for your purchase.

In making a purchase through our store, you agree to the refund policy as set out below and incorporated in our Terms & Conditions which you agreed to at checkout. Please also read our Shipping Policy for reference of shipping delivery times. 

We process refunds in accordance to our refund policy as stated below:

Refunds for Non-Delivery Items

*All items not delivered 50 days from the order date are eligible for automatic refund, subject to Clause 1.2 below. If you have not received your items after 50 days, please contact us for a refund. 

1.1 We will issue you a full refund if:

(a) You have not received your item 50 days after the order date* (example: You placed an order on 1 Jan 2023 and it hasn’t arrived on 20 Feb 2023); and

(b) The tracking for your items shows that the item has not been delivered to your address, but a different address.

1.2  We ship our items using the exact address/information that is provided to us at the time of checkout and cannot make any changes during the transit once items have been shipped out. Please make sure that you have the full and correct information and provide us with as much detail as possible (phone number, email address, etc) to ensure timely and safe delivery. We do not provide refunds for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. 

At this time, if the tracking information marks your order as "delivered successfully" (both track signature & non-signature) to the shipping address provided to us, but you have yet to receive your items then it will be the responsibility of the customer. 

To protect Peachymart from fraud, we will only provide a reshipment or another form of compensation once we have completed a full investigation with the logistics team and our customers. We do not provide refunds for any lost items by the postal services. 

1.3 Provided that you have provided a correct address, for single item orders, we will refund you the cost of the item plus shipping. In the case of multi-item orders where you only receive one part of your order, we will refund you the cost of that part of the order which is not received, and the shipping costs for that particular item.

1.4 We will process refunds within 2-4 days after evaluating your request. Please note that it may take between 5 – 10 days for the refund to appear on your card statement.

Refunds of Items Not as Described 

1.5 In very rare instances where your item arrives badly damaged or significantly not as described, our customer support team will require further evidence to initiate a refund to you. This includes photos, pictures, screenshots, product descriptions and other material that we can use to verify that the item has arrived damaged or is significantly not as described.

1.6 Our customer service and evaluation teams may, in their sole discretion, take the following course of action:

(a) Provide a full refund if the item arrives badly damaged or is significantly not as described;

(b) Provide a partial refund if the item is partially damaged during shipment or is not as described; or

(c) Provide no refund.

Please note that we take an objective view when evaluating customer complaints, and our customer evaluation teams reserve the right to make a final decision on the refund amount in accordance with clause 1.6 of the refund policy. Please understand that we take extra care to ensure that you receive quality items, and we have a stringent process in place to ensure quality checks.

1.7 You agree that a decision made by our customer service and evaluation teams under the Refund Policy shall be final and binding.

1.8  We do not accept returns or refunds for items simply because the customer no longer wants the item after receiving it (i.e., buyer’s remorse). Items that conform to their description do not qualify to be returned or refunded under this policy.

Returns and Exchanges 

1.9 Our Return & Exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange and accept your return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please send us an email at together with a image/video file proof of the item in its original packaging and same condition. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at together with a image/video file proof of the defective or damaged item. If you are approved after reviewing your exchange item request, we will proceed with sending you the exchange item. 

There may be situations in which we are unable to replace the item; therefore, a refund will be processed for the defective or damaged item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

2.0 You agree that the shipping fees shall be borne by you and you must provide tracking information for us to trace your order return. 

Refunds for Order Cancellations 

2.4 Except as determined under Clause 1.1 to 1.8 of this Refund Policy, order cancellations after an item has been paid are strictly non-refundable. The only exception for a full refund is if an order cancellation request was made within 24 hours after the order was placed. 

Limitation on Liability

2.5 In making a purchase from us, you agree that our total liability to you under any circumstances, shall not exceed the amount paid (inclusive of shipping) for your item.

2.6 Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Legal Enforcement 

2.7 You agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions, and by incorporation, this Refund Policy in making a purchase through our store.
